Who we are

RocketHour ("we", "us") runs a tech-focused online academy for children in South Africa. This policy describes how we collect and use information when you visit rockethour.co.za, contact us, or enrol a child in a programme. Questions or requests: support@rockethour.co.za.

Information we collect

How we use it

We use this information to operate and improve our programmes and website; to respond to you; to process enrolments and payments; to send you information about upcoming programmes and related offerings; to understand how the site is used; and to measure and improve our marketing, including advertising on platforms such as Meta (Facebook and Instagram). Project work and media from our sessions may be used in our marketing materials.

Cookies and analytics

We use first-party cookies and analytics tools (including Microsoft Clarity and Meta's Conversions API) to understand site usage and attribute enrolments to the campaigns that drove them. Where personal details are shared with advertising platforms for measurement, they are hashed before being sent.

Sharing

We share information with the service providers that help us run RocketHour (payments, email, analytics, and advertising platforms) and where required by law. We do not sell personal information.

Retention and your rights

We keep information for as long as it is useful for the purposes above. You may ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or to opt out of marketing, at any time by emailing support@rockethour.co.za.

Children

Enrolments are made by parents or guardians. We collect only the information about students that we need to run our programmes safely, and we do not knowingly market to children.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time; the latest version will always live at this address.
